BADCASS 5 a Side Football Saturday 6th April 2008

Rain, sun, hail and snow were all on offer at the annual BADCASS football tournament in early April, as 8 teams battled it out to win the title back from KPMG at Filton's pro 5 venue.

Two close semi finals, one being decided on penalties, saw a EY and PwC lose out, to leave a final between Deloitte and Horwath Clarke Whitehill, a repeat of last year's semi final. This year was a much closer affair than last year, and as Deloitte's semi final had been, the final was decided on penalties, with Dave Bourner making the save, and Victor Rudebeck firing home to seal the victory after 7 penalties each.
