I know that it has caused some serious frustration, and we genuinely just wanted to change the way we sold tickets to make it easier for everyone.
It was my idea and execution which took us to use Google Checkout. It has allowed us to gather details, preferences and orders like never before, and I do hope this shows when we have pulled together the seating plans.
What happened, was that without notice or warning Google decided that our account needed further verification to prove that we weren't hackers or frauds under EU law.
The only problem is...that Google don't provide a phone number and all issues must be resolved by emailing an automated system. In the end we had to resend the same email 6 times before it realized we were safe.
And now everything is fixed. If you have any issues or questions about your tickets that you have bought or tickets that you want to buy we are always here to help and I do urge you to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I will personally respond and make sure all problems and inquiries are answered.
