![]() And that wasn't even a horse meat joke. Last week we posted that half of tickets had been sold, then a day later we tweeted that there were only a third left. Well as of now, we only have 1/10th of tickets left. If you or your colleagues haven't got your tickets left, today is the day. If you delay you will probably be left disappointed and none of us want that! I can guarantee you that by the end of the week they will have all gone, and then it will be time to put the finishing touches on the seating arrangements and table plans. Any issues? Email us! badcass365@gmail.com Matt @ Badcass ![]() Last night a rush order from Hazelwoods came in and took us across the half-way line in ticket sales. .......And we know there are still bulk orders to come. We have already begun putting together the seating plans etc, as we don't want any last minute surprises. Speaking of surprises, have all your colleagues got their tickets? We can see that individual people from firms have bought tickets alone, and were wondering if you forgot to nudge your co-worker to get theirs. For your own enjoyment, don't delay. There will be nothing worse than us selling out before a group has got them all! As always, any issues or questions? Email us at Badcass365@gmail.com. Matt @ Badcass ![]() Last week, along with all of the issues to do with Google Checkout not accepting certain cards, and certain web browsers, it all together stopped accepting orders. Furthermore it stopped us from collecting the ticket money charged. I know that it has caused some serious frustration, and we genuinely just wanted to change the way we sold tickets to make it easier for everyone. It was my idea and execution which took us to use Google Checkout. It has allowed us to gather details, preferences and orders like never before, and I do hope this shows when we have pulled together the seating plans. What happened, was that without notice or warning Google decided that our account needed further verification to prove that we weren't hackers or frauds under EU law. The only problem is...that Google don't provide a phone number and all issues must be resolved by emailing an automated system. In the end we had to resend the same email 6 times before it realized we were safe. And now everything is fixed. If you have any issues or questions about your tickets that you have bought or tickets that you want to buy we are always here to help and I do urge you to email us at badcass365@gmail.com. I will personally respond and make sure all problems and inquiries are answered. ![]() We are not sure whether we will use Google again, but if we do I promise we won't put up with the same issues we have had so far. I look forward to seeing you all at the ball! Matt @ Badcass |
