New Starters Night 2005
Friday 14th October

Around 70 keen new joiners of the many of Bristol’s accounting firms turned up to the Hophouse in Clifton on a wet Friday evening for their first taste of BADCASS social events.

There was a good mix of members from different firms as well as a few of the old timers from the Committee there to give information on the future BADCASS events and general life advice.

The evening started off well with the new joiners keen to enjoy the complimentary refreshments and mixing between firms. The fun then really began when the mixed team boat racing began - a tried and tested method to get all the new joiners mixing!

After an inspirational speech from our Chair Dave Washbrook, the drinks were really flowing. The evening then took the hardened few to the lounge where the evening was spent burning up the dance floor!

A very successful evening and a great introduction for many of the new joiners of the region.
